Damages and issues

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Holiday Item Return Policy

Holiday-themed merchandise may be returned or exchanged up to 14 days prior to the holiday. Beginning 14 days before the holiday, all holiday items become final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
